WSA Nom: Discovery Of The Year

When it rains, it pours… I received another nomination from the World Soundtrack Academy. “Discovery Of The Year 2010”!

Every year the advisory board of the World Soundtrack Academy chooses a ‘Discovery of the Year’ to celebrate emerging film composing talent. Famous composers as Klaus Badelt, Antonio Pinto, Craig Armstrong, Michael Giacchino, Gustavo Santaolalla and last year’s Nico Muhly were discovered by the board.

 

And the Nominees for 2010 are:

Abel Korzeniowski – A SINGLE MAN
Hélène Muddiman – SKIN
Atticus Ross – BOOK OF ELI
Clinton Shorter – DISTRICT 9
Sergey Yevtushenko – THE LAST STATION
